Frist, correct your posture. Stand upright, broaden your shoulders and straighten your spin while still maintaining the small curve in your lower back. Lift your head a little and open your hips a little wider. Now open your legs and walk using this posture. Do it a couple of times and set a reminder reminding you to walk in this posture. Soon, you will develop the habit of walking in this manner, this will uplift your mood in general.
