Upon achieving your set goals, give yourself rewards you enjoy. Tell yourself you will only work on a task for 2 munities and keep tricking yourself to work for another round of 2 minutes until you complete about 30 percent of the tasks. With this hack, you will not even realize how easier it becomes to work on even the most challenging tasks. Try it a couple of times and you will be hooked on it for good which will consequently turn into habit.
Divide chores into different parts and work on each part for about 30 to 40 minutes or even more depending on its nature. Once the given time lapses, stop working on that part and take a short 5 to 10 minute break. When you know you are pressed for time, you focus on the task better and do not become distracted.
