Without a doubt, this statement is of sincerely truth. Our thoughts and belief serve as the invisible force which attract all situations and experiences into our lives. If we nurture positive beliefs and sustain a healthy mentality, it is likely we will experience an abundance of happiness, health and prosperity. Similarly, if we nature an unhealthy mentality, we will solely attract into our life things comprised of negativity and unhappiness. Therefore, the form of mentality that we nature determines our life’s overall course and direction, it determines our destiny.
First to truly understand this, it is crucial that you comprehend how your thoughts and belief work to gather in physically creating your reality.
Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thought become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values and your values become your destiny.
Your mentality consist of the set of beliefs and ideologies you nature that make you think, feel, behave and at a certain way. If you nurture beliefs that make you feel unconfident, inadequate and unhappy, every likelihood is that your thought will attract those things and experiences into your life.
This happens because negative emotions program your mind to behave a certain way and action in a restricted manner. For instance, if you are waking on the road and see a dog running towards you, you will register the emotion of fear, a negative emotion and you will begin to run away from the dog. You associate that emotion with running away and the moment you register that emotion, you take action. That negative emoting restricted your mind and made you act a certain way even though different options were available to you. Because you do not want to see any other options, you will not be able to, even if they are tight in front of you.
This is a clear indication that negative emotions cause you to negate your thoughts, narrowing your respective or way of thinking. You stay focused on only one option which is way you invite similar experiences. Therefore, if you have been stuck in a period now sorrow, angriness or unhappiness, your negative perspective will continuously cause situation which will make you feel similar emotions.
As opposed to this, nurturing positive emotions makes you think positive which helps you explore more options. In fact, groundbreaking research shows that those who nurture a positive mentality have a frame of mind that allows them to explore different options and create new opportunities, one’s that their negative mindset would have restricted them from.
At the most basic level, positive thoughts broaden your horizon and give you hope that you can do amazing things. When you tell yourself that nothing can limit your potential, how you can be better and how good things will happen to you, you will start to believe these things. Your subconscious will accept these beliefs and use them to shape a growth mindset that shall invite those sorts of things into your life. You will act on the belief that you are unlimited and you will crated something truly outstanding and impactful. You will act on the belief that you can be better and you will never stop striving to improve yourself. You will believe that not only good, but great thing could happen to you and if you truly believe it, they will. Once these things become your belief, they will be transformed and altered into your thoughts. From this, your mind will change, you will change and your world will change.
When you are strong and positive, you do not back out of challenges. Instead of succumbing to obstacles, you boldly face them and learn from them, this helps you grow. Moreover, you are not sacred of pursing your dreams or setting bigger goals, this invites prosperity and abundance into your life. That is not all, you begin to emphasize the important of that. You start to dig deeper into your personality and you begin to genuinely discover your true potential, your unlimited potential. These change make you a better person and improve your emotional well-being. Naturally, when you are mentally healthy, even your health starts to perk up too. To life a good life characterized by good health, wealth, love and happiness, the first thing you must do is work on our mindset.
