These can be anything form hacking a good job, to loving friends, to wearing good clothes. Remember to take note of any little to big blessings in your life that adds value, convenience, comfort, happiness and any sort of positivity to your life. You could make thins practice a morning or nighttime ritual or even both.
Create a list of your strengths and qualities and use them to feel proud of yourself. Tell yourself how thankful you are to the universe for these qualities.
Build affirmations centered on gratitude such as I am happy with my life and chant them regularly so you become more appreciative of your blessings.
Soon, you will learn to acknowledge different acts of kindness others do for you. The moment you spot someone being nice to you, you will approach that person and say few kind words of gratitude. This will make that person’s day and increase your happiness too.
Implement these exercises and do so every day. The more you practice them, the sooner they will turn into habits. Focus on how good you feel as you work on these exercises and write done your feelings. Going through your written feelings encourages you to engage in positive practices regularly.
